I NEED to get my cooking mojo back. I lost it some time ago, it was right after we moved into the rental while the house was under construction. I packed away all of my cookbooks and most of my cooking supplies since there was no room for any of them. Well mojo, find your way back to me...now. Why? Dinner party on Thursday, drinks and bites on Friday, and a wedding shower on Saturday, all hosted by moi at the new pad (insert panic now).
I am off to bunker down with my books, Pinterest, and a notepad to get cracking on the menus. Lets hope cooking is like riding a bike, you never forget!! And not to leave all of you without some wonderful eye candy here is a little treat...

I feel your pain. I packed away most of my cooking supplies and all of my cookbooks for the same reason. You are a trooper for committing to all of those events right after moving into your new home and I am sure you will create some delicious dishes. ;-)

Holy Dinah that's a lot of entertaining- I just did two nights in a row and that through me over a cliff and I didn't have to cook! I'm sure you'll pull together something fabulous!!!
The same thing happened when we had our condo for sale. I bet the parties will be fab! Be sure to share the extra yummy recipes :)

Ooooohh!! Please share your menu and some pictures of the big night. You ARE really brave to take that on so soon after moving into a new house. Wish we could all be there. I could help put away a few boxes for ya :)!!!
