Each blender comes with a robust 72oz liquid jug, not to mention the two 16oz smoothie cups.

Whichever blender you decide to take home, we can assure you that you can’t go wrong with any home blending system manufactured by Ninja. Nonetheless, we can’t ignore that the Ninja BL780 purports to be the refurbished version of its predecessor, yet the BL770 puts it to shame in so many ways. For instance, the BL780 has a weaker engine, bigger and heavier base, and higher noise level than its precursor.

We were astonished to find that the Ninja BL780 is more expensive. If you’re wondering whether spending the extra few bucks to purchase the Ninja BL780 is worthwhile, we think it’s a total waste of money. The better blending machine, in our informed opinion, is the Ninja BL770.

In addition to being lighter, quieter, smaller, and cheaper, this machine does everything the Ninja BL780 can do, including blending smoothies, mixing dips and salsas, and creating healthy shakes. It doesn’t make sense to spend more on a weaker, bulkier, noisier, and heavier blender. While the BL770 lacks all the bells and whistles of the more expensive blenders in the market today, it performs excellently as a medium-range unit.
